THESCIP — The Super Coach Intelligence Platform — is a personal hobby project designed to assist NRL SuperCoach fantasy league participants in exploring publicly available data, historical statistics, and algorithmically-generated trade suggestions.

All content, suggestions, trade recommendations, alerts, AI-generated analysis, scoring projections, and simulator outputs presented on this platform are illustrative only. They are not guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind regarding player performance, scoring outcomes, or fantasy league results.

Fantasy sport involves inherent unpredictability. No algorithm, model, or intelligence platform can reliably predict the outcome of sporting events or fantasy competitions. Any decisions you make based on information from THESCIP are made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THESCIP, its creator(s), contributors, and operators expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Any loss, damage, or adverse outcome arising from trade decisions, squad selections, or any other action taken in reliance on information provided by this platform
• Loss of SuperCoach ranking, prize eligibility, or competitive standing
• Inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading data, statistics, or projections
• System downtime, data loss, or service interruptions
• Decisions made based on AI-generated explanations, alerts, or recommendations
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

You use THESCIP entirely at your own risk. THESCIP is under no legal obligation whatsoever with respect to any action you take, or outcome you experience, as a result of using this platform or acting on any of its suggestions.

THESCIP makes use of large language model (LLM) technology — including locally-hosted Ollama models — to generate trade explanations, player insights, scoring analysis, and other commentary.

AI-generated content is automatically produced and has not been reviewed, verified, or endorsed by any human expert. It may contain errors, hallucinations, outdated reasoning, or statements that are factually incorrect.

AI outputs on this platform should be treated as a starting point for your own research, not as definitive analysis. Always apply your own judgement before acting on any AI-generated recommendation.

Player statistics, pricing data, salary cap figures, fixture information, and all other data displayed on THESCIP are sourced from automated data collection and third-party APIs. This data may be:

• Delayed or not updated in real time
• Incomplete, incorrectly parsed, or subject to data collection errors
• Subject to retroactive correction by the original source
• Inconsistent during periods of system maintenance or cron job failure

THESCIP makes no representation that the data displayed is current, accurate, or complete at any given time.

THESCIP aggregates data from publicly accessible sources including the SuperCoach platform, NRL official statistics, and other sports data providers. THESCIP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to SuperCoach, News Corp Australia, the NRL, or any of their related entities.

All trademarks, game names, and competition names referenced on this platform remain the property of their respective owners. Their use here is purely descriptive and for the purpose of identifying the fantasy sport context in which this tool is used.

THESCIP is offered in Free, Start, and Pro tiers, with Start and Pro available as paid annual subscriptions (see the Guide page for current pricing and feature breakdowns). Access to any tier is for your own personal, non-commercial fantasy sport participation only.

THESCIP is not intended for commercial redistribution, resale, or use as the basis of any commercial advisory product. Subscribing to a paid tier grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the corresponding features — it does not grant any ownership, licensing, or resale rights in the platform, its data, or its outputs.

Paid tiers (Start and Pro) are billed on an annual subscription basis at the price displayed on the Guide page at the time of purchase. Prices may change for future billing periods — any change will not affect a subscription term you have already paid for.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals — your existing access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• If you're not happy with a paid tier, contact us within 7 days of your initial subscription (or a tier upgrade) for a full refund.
• Outside that 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods, downgrades, or account suspensions resulting from a breach of these terms.
• We reserve the right to suspend or downgrade access if a payment fails or is reversed (e.g. chargeback).
